Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Marketing Administrator, based in Shah Alam and Kuala Lumpur, with flexibility for some remote work. The role involves supporting sales and marketing activities, managing customer relationships, and handling administrative tasks. Day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating marketing campaigns, maintaining customer databases, preparing reports, and ensuring seamless communication across teams. You will play a key role in facilitating both client engagement and internal operations.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively interact with clients and team members
  • Sales and Marketing expertise to support promotional campaigns and drive business growth
  • Proficiency in Administrative Assistance to ensure smooth daily operations and manage organizational tasks
  • Organizational and time management skills to handle priorities effectively
  • Proficient in using relevant software tools such as Microsoft Office and photo/video editing
  • Prior experience in a similar role is advantageous
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or Human Resources
