Description

REQUIREMENTS:
1. Candidate must possess at least SPM/ STPM/ Pre-Diploma/ Advanced/ Higher/ Graduate Diploma in Agriculture/ Aquaculture/ Forestry, Biotechnology, Computer Science/ Information Technology, Geographical Science, or equivalent.
2. Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia
3. Computer Literate

RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. To assist Officer in research works in the Pest and Disease Department. Most works are related to handling of insects but may include other pest and disease related subjects.
2. To be involved in helping the Officer in carrying out trial works such as setting trial, sampling, and implementing treatment. Assist in data collection and recording.
3. Assists in laboratory works, safety, and upkeep as required.
4. Must be willing to handle chemicals, agricultural pests (including insects and mammals) and agricultural diseases.
