Full job description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in daily food preparation including washing, cutting, and portioning ingredients.
  • Support the culinary team in mise en place and plating during service.
  • Learn and perform basic cooking techniques under supervision.
  • Maintain kitchen cleanliness and follow food safety and hygiene procedures.
  • Assist in receiving and storing supplies according to inventory guidelines.
  • Rotate stock using the First-In-First-Out (FIFO) method.
  • Participate in kitchen briefings and menu introductions.
  • Observe and learn professional culinary practices from senior chefs.
  • Uphold teamwork, punctuality, and a positive learning attitude.
