Job Responsibilities
- Rigorously review withdrawal requests, identify and handle problematic clients
- Analyze and extract insights from problematic client data
- Establish rules and assist in modeling
Requirements
- Strong logical thinking and numerical sensitivity
- Good communication skills, able to coordinate with cross-functional teams for daily collaboration and issue tracking
- Detail-oriented, responsible, proactive, able to work independently with flexibility
Nice-to-Haves
- Background or work experience in Mathematics, Statistics, or related fields (not mandatory)
- Experience in brokerage back-office operations or strong interest in investment
- Financial background is a plus
