As a full-time Staff Nurse, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional patient-centred care, ensuring the well-being and comfort of our residents.

What you'll be doing

  • Providing comprehensive nursing care to our residents, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and assisting with daily living activities
  • Collaborating with the multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualised care plans that address the unique needs of each resident
  • Maintaining detailed and accurate medical records, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and policies
  • Promoting a safe and comfortable environment for our residents, actively identifying and addressing any potential risks or concerns
  • Participating in continuing education and professional development opportunities to enhance your nursing knowledge and skills
  • Fostering a positive and compassionate work culture that prioritises the well-being of our residents and their families

What we're looking for

  • A registered nurse with a valid practicing certificate
  • Strong clinical skills, including proficiency in administering medications, providing wound care, and managing complex medical conditions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with the capacity to effectively collaborate with residents, their families, and the wider healthcare team
  • A compassionate and patient-centred approach, with a genuine commitment to improving the quality of life for our residents
  • Familiarity with relevant nursing regulations and standards, and the ability to ensure compliance within a residential care setting
  • Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia, both spoken and written
