Job ResponsibilitiesAdministration
- Handle general office administrative tasks (filing, data entry, documentation).
- Maintain records of staff attendance, leave applications, and HR documents.
- Assist in preparing letters, invoices, delivery orders, and purchase orders.
- Answer phone calls, emails, and provide support to customers/suppliers.
- Manage office supplies, stationery, and other admin-related purchases.
- Support management in daily office operations and reporting.
Job Requirements
- Minimum SPM / Diploma in Business, or related field.
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles.
- Experience with MS Excel, Word, and accounting software (e.g., SQL, UBS, AutoCount) is an advantage.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and responsible.
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Job Types: Full-time, Internship, Fresh graduate
Contract length: 6 months
Pay: From RM2,000.00 per month
