Analyze and ues IE technolog & Lean manufacturing with the objective of improving company resource utilization and production efficiency;

Organize kaizen events and value creation workshop with the objective of reducing cost

Analyze and optimize the plant space with the objective of improving space utilization

Job Requirements

Layout

(i) Handle factory overall layout;

(ii) Provide layout proposal for management team based on company strategy;

(iii) Work shop and production line layout;

(iv) Improve space utilization and optimize the plant process flow;

(v) Use Visio or Auto CAD to work out layout;

(vi) Evaluate facility and network requirement;

in order to ensure the issues to be solved and not affecting production, improve space utilization. Implement the layout transformation on time so that no downtime to production.

Productivity improvement& Cost saving

(i) Find the improvement opportunities based on IE technology;

(ii) Initiate improvement plan and execute the improvement with relevant departments;

(iii) Flexibility to apply stard work and improvement methods and work with MFG team improve UPPH;

(iv) Lead the kaizen event and value creation projects, work with ME、QE and Mfg. department closely to improve productivity;

(v)Analyze and develop the Kaizen opportunities, team value creation and contribution the cost saving

in order to improve efficiency and product cost reduction and contribution the TEBIT cost saving

New Project

(i) Manpower, space, facility and capacity evaluation based on new production information;

(ii)Lead key equipment and process loading analysis based on latest forecast, provide overall production line configuration based on process and equipment list;

(iii) Provide ramp up plan to planning and MFG;

(iv) Review the actual assembly cost;

(v) Provide stand work and space & layout;

in order to ensure the new production run smoothly and process into mass production on time

Assembly cost evaluation and improvement

(i) Provide product assembly working time to quotation team based on new production information;

(ii) Improvement assembly cost to meet and close to customer requirement;

(ii) Support BOP set up;

In order to ensure the the quotation on time and meet cost target

Production support

(i) Use Lean& IE technology to guide line leader and team leader to improve projects UPPH & productivity;

(ii) Evaluation equipment and tooling quantity;

(iii) Work with QE, ME, PE and VS leader to make the production run smoothly;

In order to ensure the the production run smoothly

TEOA

(i) Lead the stand work, cell design and 3P tools to improve the efficiency;

(ii) Support TEOA certification of related tools;

In order to ensure the TEOA mathod used to kaizen activity,

What your background should look like

Bachelor degree and mechinical related background

Above 5 year working experiences

Proven strong analytical and problem solving skills, good interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in English, both oral and writte

Problem solver, driven for result, willing to try everything to find the best solution;

Fast-learner open to all changes and can keep up with the new techniques within the industry.

Good communication skills &Team work

Excellent logical thinking ability & familiar Lean or Six Sigma knowledge
