Job Responsibilities

  • Greet and serve customers in a friendly and professional manner
  • Take food and beverage orders accurately
  • Serve food and drinks promptly according to service standards
  • Ensure cleanliness of dining area and service stations
  • Handle customer enquiries and basic complaints politely
  • Follow hygiene, safety, and restaurant SOPs
  • Work closely with kitchen and service team to ensure smooth operations

Job Requirements

  • No prior experience required (training will be provided)
  • Positive attitude, well-groomed, and customer-oriented
  • Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
  • Basic communication skills in English and/or Bahasa Malaysia
  • Team player with willingness to learn
