Job Description

Store Keeper is an important person in our establishment. You are there to ensure the correct items are issued to the production floor. Ensuring the operation of a store takes more than talent: it takes amazing people who understand collaboration, respect, and who will go the "extra mile" to achieve unthinkable results. • Store

A store is not just any part of the production. It is a vital part to support the production. As a store keeper, your responsibility is to man this important location. You will need to manage this important station to ensure smooth operation of the production floor.

• Issuance

As a store keeper, you are tasked to issuance of parts, tools, equipment, materials, fittings, items necessary for the production to operate smoothly and timely. A company procedure will be make known and the procedure to follow. You will also need to prepare tool box, equipment, tools, items necessary for production to carry out work at site.

• Maintain stock level / inventory

A Store is like a supermarket. The necessary and important items would need to be kept stock / inventory. Daily checking of fast moving items / consumables, example, welding rods is very important. Inventory check, stock take, raise Purchase requisition to purchaser are part of your daily task.

• Materials, consumables, tools & equipments:

As a store keeper in our industry, you will be train to understand / recognize the materials used, the fittings, plate, flanges, and many other in order to issue the correct items to the correct person. You will need to know the many different type of tools and equipment function, essential to issuance to production.

• Receiving, Loading and Unloading of goods

Assist to team :

Before project start, you will need to assist team to check on the available stocks, parts, fittings. Knowing what is available in the store will assist team to make decision. If there are any issues arises with the materials, stocks, issuance, receiving, you will be required to resolves any issues faced or he has to reports the unresolved issues to the team and assists to identify possible solutions.

As a Store Keeper, the suitable candidate should have:

• Strong knowledge of AV items, parts, materials, fittings
• The ability to work under strict deadlines without letting the shortage of time affect the quality of work.
• A positive and friendly approach towards colleagues, clients, and other public with whom he or she may have frequent contact
• An inclination to achieve success through hard work
• Fresh graduates/ Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply as training and mentorship will be provided.

Preferred Skills:

• Computer literate in Excel, Words, etc.
• Basic Knowledge of Equipment Maintenance.
• Driving License CDL,GDL (Advantage)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM1, RM2,300.00 per month
