What you'll be doing as a waiter / host

  • Providing excellent customer service and ensuring a warm and welcoming atmosphere
  • Provide accurate wait times and monitor waiting lists
  • Taking accurate food and drink orders and communicating them to the kitchen in a timely manner
  • Serving food and beverages to customers with exceptional attention to detail
  • Responding to customer inquiries and addressing any concerns or complaints
  • Maintaining a clean and organised workspace, following health and safety guidelines
  • Assisting with general café duties, such as food preparation, inventory management, and cash handling
  • Collaborating with the team to optimise workflow and continuously improve the customer experience

What we're looking for

  • Previous experience as a waiter or host or in a similar customer service role in the hospitality industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with customers and provide friendly, efficient service
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and the ability to take and process orders accurately
  • A positive, professional attitude and a genuine passion for delivering an exceptional dining experience
