Job Description

Join one of Malaysia's leading startup investment firms and gain hands-on experience in the dynamic world of venture capital. As an Investment Intern, you won't just sit on the sidelines, you'll be actively involved in evaluating startups, supporting investment decisions, and engaging with founders shaping the future.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct research and evaluate startups applying for funding
  • Manage communications and schedule interviews with potential investees
  • Join startup interviews and document key takeaways
  • Assist in drafting investment memos used in internal decision-making
  • Coordinate meetings between startups and investors
  • Support due diligence by gathering necessary company information
  • Help facilitate document signing and handle key administrative tasks
  • Maintain regular updates with portfolio companies
  • Work closely with partners, mentors, and key players in the startup ecosystem

Job Requirements

What We're Looking For

  • Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a Diploma or Bachelor's in Finance, Actuarial Science, Economics, or a related field
  • Proactive, curious, and eager to learn — you're excited to roll up your sleeves and dive deep into the investment world
  • Strong sense of responsibility and able to work independently in a fast-moving environment

Solid command of English (written and spoken) to communicate and document effectively
