1. Pengurusan Konten

  • Menyusun & merancang jadual posting harian/mingguan.
  • Menulis kapsyen yang menarik & kreatif.
  • Menyunting gambar/video sebelum dipost.
  • Pastikan konten konsisten dengan brand.

2. Posting & Penjadualan

  • Memuat naik posting di Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, WhatsApp Channel & platform lain.
  • Menggunakan tools penjadualan (contoh: Meta Business Suite, CapCut, Canva).

3. Respon & Interaksi Pelanggan

  • Membalas mesej, komen & pertanyaan pelanggan dengan cepat.
  • Mengurus aduan dan memberi info yang tepat.
  • Menyimpan data pelanggan jika perlu (order, pertanyaan, follow-up).

4. Rekod & Laporan

  • Menyediakan laporan mingguan/bulanan (reach, engagement, sales dari media sosial).
  • Analisis posting mana yang berjaya & mana yang perlu diperbaiki.
  • Cadang idea konten baru berdasarkan data.

5. Marketing & Iklan

  • Membantu menyediakan promosi, poster & copywriting.
  • Menjalankan iklan berbayar (Facebook Ads/TikTok Ads) jika diarahkan.
  • Mengurus kempen marketing (giveaway, flash sale, bundling).

6. Pengurusan Brand

  • Pastikan imej syarikat sentiasa profesional, kemas & konsisten.
  • Pantau trend semasa untuk relevankan konten.
  • Semak pesaing & ikut perkembangan industri.

7. Kerjasama Dengan Team

  • Berkomunikasi dengan team lain (design, sales, operasi).
  • Mengambil maklumat terkini untuk buat konten (promosi, harga, produk baru).

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Contract length: 6 months

Pay: From RM1,500.00 per month
