We're seeking a skilled
3D Designer
to create impactful, immersive brand experiences—from pop-ups and activations to large-scale installations. You'll turn creative briefs into engaging 3D concepts through moodboards, modeling, and high-quality renders, while ensuring designs are both visually compelling and production-ready. Working closely with internal teams, you'll help bring ideas to life in ways that connect brand strategy with real-world spatial storytelling.

What you'll do:

  • Design visually impactful and functional 3D concepts for brand activations, pop-up experiences, installations, and on-ground events.
  • Develop moodboards, sketches, 3D models, and high-quality renders to communicate design intent and spatial storytelling.
  • Translate brand strategies into spatial experiences that enhance engagement and deliver immersive brand messaging.
  • Work closely with internal teams (creative, client servicing, project management, and production) to ensure creative concepts meet both the brief and real-world feasibility.
  • Ensure all 3D outputs are aligned with technical requirements for fabrication and production.
  • Participate in and lead creative ideation sessions; confidently present your ideas and designs to internal teams and clients.

What you have:

  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in 3D design, with a focus on event activations, spatial/experiential design, or related fields.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing 3D work related to event spaces, exhibitions, installations, or environmental design.
  • Proficient in 3D design software (e.g., SketchUp, 3ds Max, Rhino, or Cinema 4D) and rendering engines (e.g., V-Ray, KeyShot, Lumion).
  • Familiarity with fabrication processes, material choices, and the production pipeline is a plus.
  • Ability to visualize and design for real-world scale, flow, functionality, and interactivity.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with shifting deadlines.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.

Nice to Have:

  • Skills in 3D texturing and shading to enhance visual realism and material detail
  • Background in illustration or sketching, to support early-stage concepting and visual storytelling
  • Knowledge of AutoCAD or other drafting software is an advantage.
