Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Digital Marketing Executive located on-site in Kajang. The Digital Marketing Executive will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies, managing social media accounts, creating web content, experienced in META Ads and analyzing web analytics. The role involves daily tasks such as content creation, campaign management, and performance analysis to enhance the company's online presence and engagement.

1. Website & SEO

  • Update and maintain company websites.
  • Improve SEO through keyword research and on-page optimization.
  • Ensure fast website loading and good user experience.
  • Monitor website performance using Google Analytics.
  • Complete monthly website & SEO tasks effectively.

2. Google Ads & Google Business Profile

  • Manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns.
  • Update Google Business Profile weekly.
  • Generate at least 50 leads per month.
  • Achieve better GBP visibility and ranking.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly reports for the HOD.
  • Support ad-hoc tasks from the Digital Marketing Manager.

3. Social Media Ads & Content Support

  • Assist in running ads on Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.
  • Help generate weekly leads and maintain low CPC.
  • Prepare weekly/monthly social media performance reports.
  • Support content creation during photo and video shoots.

4. Cross-Department Coordination

  • Work closely with Careline, Sales, and Clinical teams.
  • Ensure all tasks meet timelines and internal SLAs.
  • Support marketing and operations team campaigns.

5. Creative & Editing

  • Create basic graphics using Canva.
  • Edit simple videos using CapCut or similar apps.
  • Ensure all visuals follow brand guidelines.

Qualifications

  • Marketing and Communication skills
  • Experience in Social Media Marketing
  • Proficiency in Web Content Writing
  • Knowledge of Web Analytics
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills ( Malay & English )
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
  • Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus
  • Atleast 1 year Experience in Digital Marketing
