Job Brief: Warehouse Checker

The Warehouse Checker is responsible for inspecting, verifying, and recording incoming and outgoing goods to ensure accuracy in quantity and condition. This role supports smooth warehouse operations by identifying discrepancies, maintaining proper records, and ensuring goods are handled according to company standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Verify goods received and dispatched against delivery documents
  • Check product quantity, quality, and packaging condition
  • Report shortages, damages, or discrepancies promptly
  • Assist in stock counts and inventory checks
  • Ensure goods are properly labeled, stored, and organized
  • Follow warehouse safety and operational procedures

Requirements:

  • Basic knowledge of warehouse operations
  • Good attention to detail and accuracy
  • Able to perform physical tasks and stand for extended periods
  • Responsible, punctual, and able to work as part of a team
  • Prior warehouse experience is an advantage
