Customer Satisfaction
► To react on the feedback or complain received either through suggestion box, customer care line, walk in customers or other media effectively.
► To ensure the services provided for customers are constantly updated and maintained to avoid confusion and inconveniences.
► To organize customer activity in maintaining a good store-customer relation.
► To identify, analyze and to react to customer's survey to enhance AEON image.
► To focus on welcoming customers properly by the team.
► To organize team accordance to customer's flow.
► To monitor check-out counter to ensure no queue at cashier line and smooth flow of customers.
► To attend to customers enquiries as and when required.
► To organize the returning process for goods left by customers at Cashier lines.
► To ensure that hygiene, safety and security rules are respected.
► To maintain a clean working environment.
Organization Efficiency
► To monitor refund and return process in accordance with the procedures.
► To monitor problem/ complaints handling to customers transactions process.
► To check Store Sales Report for accuracy.
► To check the Supervisor Intervention Report.
► To monitor cashiers process and procedures compliance.
► To ensure that all items are keyed-in in the right department.
► To control the merchandise flow according to Cashier's procedures.
► To take on duty as Acting Store Manager on periodic basis.
► To ensure that the transition of cash is highly secured with top safety condition.
► To participate with the management team to formulate Store's priorities.
► To observe and comply with Company's policies.
► To follow up on the customer complain and feedback.
► To compile and analyze on customer's feedback for further follow up and strategic action plan.
► To maintain a good platform and tools for customer suggestion.
► To develop and maintain efficient internal and external communications.
► To lead and organize customer related activities in the store.
► To ensure OKR Productivity 6 Indicators achieve the national target
► To ensure Golden Rules achieve the national target, Employee training and Development
► To conduct team briefing every morning.
► To arrange operational plan and working schedule for the subordinates.
► To conduct subordinate performance appraisal.
► To monitor subordinate overall performance.
► To counsel and motivate subordinates.
► To attend to subordinate issues as and when need to.
► To organize and conduct professional training for subordinates.
► To train new Cashiers on Customer Service.
► To train Cashiers on the process and procedures.
► To control knowledge of procedures and ensure its strict implementation.
► To share necessary feedback, experience, knowledge and know-how to key front liners in the store in improving the professionalism image among them.
► To continuously measure on the training needs of all front liners in the store.
► To conduct training based on cashier procedures.
► To conduct scanning speed twice a month.
Financial Performance
► Cash inventory to be perform on daily basis and to make sure float to be respect as per cluster.
► To check stock-card and reorder base on customer flow.
► To ensure the accuracy of daily turnover.
► Propose and respect the forecast, especially on labor cost and operating expenses.
► To monitor expenses and labor cost.
► To keep the Company's asset in good working condition.
► To supervise on cashier activities in ensuring cashiers procedures are followed strictly.
► To manage effectively on internal leaflet distribution and wrappings for good cost control.
► To monitor the returning process at information counter.
► To ensure Department Sales achieve its forecast.
