ROLES & RESPONSIBILITY

1. Site Coordination & Supervision

  • Supervise daily site activities to ensure work is carried out according to project plans, specifications, and safety standards.
  • Coordinate with site workers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth progress of work.
  • Monitor site manpower, materials, and equipment usage to avoid delays or wastage.

2. Quality Control

  • Inspect and ensure all works are performed in compliance with approved drawings, standards, and client requirements.
  • Identify and rectify any workmanship or material defects immediately.
  • Conduct regular quality checks and prepare inspection reports.

3. Safety & Compliance

  • Enforce all safety rules and procedures on site to prevent accidents and injuries.
  • Conduct toolbox meetings and ensure all workers have undergone safety induction.
  • Report any safety incidents, hazards, or near misses to management promptly.

4. Progress Monitoring & Reporting

  • Track daily work progress and prepare site reports, including manpower, materials, and equipment records.
  • Report site progress, issues, and updates to the Project Manager or Engineer.
  • Assist in preparing progress claims and verifying subcontractor work completion.

5. Communication & Coordination

  • Liaise with contractors and project team members on site matters.
  • Ensure proper communication between management and site teams.
  • Attend site meetings and provide technical or operational input when required.

6. Site Housekeeping & Discipline

  • Maintain good housekeeping and site organization at all times.
  • Ensure workers adhere to site rules, dress code, and discipline.
  • Promote teamwork, responsibility, and productivity among workers.

What we're looking for

  • A bachelor's degree or Diploma in Civil or Structural Engineering or a related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience on site or PRECAST within the civil/structural engineering industry
  • Having relevant experience in Precast industry will be a bonus
  • Strong project management, coordination and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to quality
  • ABLE TO READ drawings is an advantage

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3, RM5,000.00 per month
