Account Admin Clerk

Job Description

We are a growing hardware and building materials company with multiple branches, and we are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Account Admin Clerk to join our team at our Kepong branch.

Responsibilities

  • Handle daily accounting and administrative tasks
  • Data entry of invoices, payments, and receipts
  • Prepare basic accounting records and reports
  • Assist in accounts payable & receivable
  • Filing, documentation, and record keeping
  • Support general office administration duties
  • Liaise with internal departments when required

Requirements

  • Minimum SPM / Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
  • Basic knowledge of accounting principles
  • Able to use Microsoft Excel & accounting software
  • Responsible, organized, and able to work independently
  • Ability to communicate in English, Chinese & Bahasa Malaysia
  • Chinese-speaking is an advantage
