·      Manage a team of Senior Supervisor, Supervisor, as well as the relevant team members to work related issues, development program and welfare matters.

·      Drive for Continuous Improvement and support on Lean Activities.

·      Drive for zero DPPM for OBA.

·      Drive for special project assigned to direct report.

·      Drive team to participate in NPI and support on quotation activates.

·      Define and implement training plan for manufacturing department operators and relevant colleagues.

·      Identify and coach succors for long term talent development.

·      Ensure resources are well planned to meet schedules and goals.

·      Ensure productivities (Quality and Quantity) are being met accordingly to requirement.

·      Ensure low operation cost.

·      Ensure time to market delivery

·      Meet production goals, quality, and cost objectives.

·      Meet product yield and Equipment uptime.

·      Meet all Products timelines as required by Production Planner.

·      Meet EHS  (Environmental, Health and  Safety), ISO, IATF 16949 and 5S requirements

Meet rework/scrap costs.
