  • Implement and maintain the project's QA/QC plan in accordance with company and client requirements.
  • Conduct inspection and testing of materials, equipment, and workmanship to ensure compliance with approved standards.
  • Prepare and maintain inspection reports, material approval records, and quality documentation.
  • Monitor non-conformance reports (NCR) and ensure corrective and preventive actions are implemented.
  • Ensure all works adhere to specifications, drawings, and method statements.
  • Review and interpret construction drawings, technical specifications, and design details.
  • Assist in preparing shop drawings, method statements, and work procedures for construction activities.
  • Report any discrepancies or technical issues and coordinate with consultants or engineers for resolution.
  • Assist in preparing as-built drawings and site documentation.
  • Conduct material receiving inspections to verify compliance with approved samples and specifications.
  • Coordinate with suppliers for material testing and certification.
  • Monitor proper material handling, storage, and usage at the site.
  • Prepare daily site reports, inspection checklists, and progress updates.
  • Track work progress against the project schedule and highlight any delays or potential risks.
  • Support the project manager or construction manager in preparing weekly and monthly progress reports.
  • Ensure all works are carried out in compliance with the company's safety policies and site safety regulations.
  • Report unsafe practices or incidents immediately to the safety officer or site manager.
  • Participate in toolbox meetings and promote safe work culture among site workers.
  • Liaise with consultants, clients, and authorities for site inspections and approvals.
  • Attend coordination and progress meetings when required.
  • Communicate effectively with site teams and subcontractors to ensure work quality and compliance.
  • Maintain and organize QAQC documentation, including inspection forms, test results, and site correspondence.
  • Ensure that records are properly filed and available for audit or client inspection.
  • Assist in preparing project handover documents, including test certificates and completion reports.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives in construction methods and quality management.
  • Identify areas for process improvement and propose practical solutions.
  • Stay updated with construction standards, materials, and industry best practices.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, consultants, and other departments (Civil, Structural, M&E) to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Plan and organize site activities to meet project schedule and quality targets.
  • Conduct daily site inspections to verify work progress and workmanship.
