What you'll be doing?
  • Prospect new clients: Identify new sales opportunities through networking, cold calling, and lead generation to expand the company's client base.
  • Assess training needs: Conduct needs assessment consultations to identify corporate training requirements and tailor solutions to meet client objectives.
  • Present customized solutions: Develop and deliver compelling presentations of customized training solutions to HR directors and L&D managers.
  • Build relationships: Foster strong connections with corporate decision-makers in talent development to ensure long-term partnerships and recurring business.
Who are they looking for?
  • Sales experience: At least 3 years of sales experience, preferably in the training provider industry with a sales or marketing background.
  • Proven track record: Demonstrated ability to consistently meet and exceed sales targets in previous roles.
  • Strong communication skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and stakeholders.
  • Problem-solving abilities: Strong problem-solving and creative thinking skills to address client needs and overcome challenges.
  • Tech-savvy: Proficiency in using sales and marketing tools and technologies to enhance productivity and effectiveness.
  • Educational background: A degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
