Overview:

We are looking for a creative and versatile Photographer / Videographer & Editor to join our team. This all-in-one role is ideal for someone with a keen eye for visual storytelling, capable of handling end-to-end content creation—from conceptualizing and shooting to editing and delivering professional photo and video content.

Key Responsibilities:

Photography

  • Shoot high-quality photos for products, lifestyle campaigns, events, interiors, and portraits.
  • Handle lighting setups, camera equipment, and staging to ensure optimal results.
  • Retouch and edit photos to meet brand aesthetics and deliverables.

Videography

  • Plan, shoot, and direct videos across various formats (interviews, corporate videos, social media content, behind-the-scenes, etc.).
  • Operate video and audio equipment during shoots, ensuring high production quality.
  • Capture drone footage where applicable (drone license is a plus).

Post-Production Editing

  • Edit raw photo and video footage into polished final assets using Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, Lightroom, Photoshop, After Effects).
  • Add transitions, text overlays, sound effects, music, and color grading.
  • Export and deliver in various formats optimized for digital platforms (YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, etc.).

Creative Collaboration

  • Work closely with the marketing and design team to develop visual content aligned with campaign goals and branding.
  • Brainstorm and contribute ideas for content themes, storyboards, and scripts.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in photography and videography (portfolio required).
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite or similar editing software.
  • Strong understanding of lighting, framing, and storytelling through visuals.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
  • Creative, resourceful, and detail-oriented with a passion for content creation.
  • Knowledge of social media trends and digital content best practices.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bonus: Drone operation experience, motion graphics skills, or knowledge of 3D tools.
