CONSTRUCTION DIVISION

LOCAITION: ELMINA, SHAH ALAM

• Monitor and enforce safe energy management practices on-site, including electrical, mechanical, and fuel systems.
• Ensure proper isolation and lockout/tagout (LOTO) procedures are followed before maintenance or work begins.
• Coordinate with site teams, supervisors, and contractors on energy-related safety measures.
• Inspect and maintain energy control devices, tools, and equipment.
• Identify hazards related to energy systems and report unsafe conditions promptly.
• Maintain accurate records of energy control activities, inspections, and incidents.
• Support overall site safety initiatives and ensure compliance with occupational health and safety regulations.

• Degree inElectrical, Mechanical, or relevant Engineering discipline.
• 3–5 years of experience in energy management, construction, or industrial environments.
• Authorized Officer (AO) certificationfor energy isolation.
• Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) training or certification.
• Electrical safety / high voltage safety certification preferred.
• First Aid & CPR certification.
• Strong knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and reporting skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and ensure strict compliance with safety protocols.
