Sales Associate

Responsibilities :

• Greet, serve and assist customers as they enter the store.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by providing good customer service.
• Keep up-to-date with special and ongoing promotions
• Manage product display at store, promote and upkeep the brand's image.
• Practice security measures in order to uphold a safe and comfortable environment for customers.
• Take instructions and perform tasks with full commitment assigned by superior.

Requirements :

• Minimum SPM qualification.
• Passionate in fashion
• Basic written and good communication skills (both BM and English)
• Well-groomed and pleasant personality
• Team player, hardworking, with a positive and open mindset.
• Possess good selling skills
• Willing to work retail shift hours
