Lead Teacher
to join our flagship campus in Eco Majestic, Semenyih.

About the Role

The Lead Teacher plays a vital leadership role in ensuring the successful implementation of the Kipinä Programme across all age levels. You'll guide, coach, and inspire teachers and teaching assistants, ensuring that our high-quality, play-based learning philosophy is evident in every classroom.

You will:

• Oversee curriculum planning and classroom implementation across the nursery.
• Train, mentor, and evaluate teachers and teaching assistants.
• Lead classroom management and programme quality audits.
• Support teacher recruitment and contribute to academic resource planning.
• Collaborate with the Principal to uphold and enhance Kipinä's educational standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Early Childhood or Primary Education.
• Minimum four years of teaching experience, with some leadership or mentoring experience.
• Excellent command of written and spoken English (native-level proficiency preferred).
• Positive, proactive, and ready to grow with a dynamic international preschool.
