To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we're looking to add a Test Engineerlocated in Flex PTP.

Reporting to the Test Engineering Managerthe Test Engineerrole is as a Test Engineer specializing in ICT (In-Circuit Test) and FCT (Functional Test), you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our products. We are looking for a proactive individual with a passion for troubleshooting and product testing to join our dynamic team. You will have the opportunity to work with cutting-edge technology and enhance your skills in product validation and New Product Introduction (NPI). What a typical day looks like:

  • Conduct detailed testing of products using ICT and FCT methodologies to ensure compliance with quality standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and troubleshoot product issues, providing timely feedback for improvements.
  • Document test results and generate comprehensive reports to track product performance and reliability over time.
  • Participate in the design and implementation of test strategies, tools, and processes to enhance testing efficiency.
  • Contribute to NPI activities, ensuring that new products meet performance and quality benchmarks throughout the introduction process.

The experience we're looking to add to our team:

  • Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in electrical engineering, mechanical engineering or similar field.
  • Typically requires 4 years of experience in test engineering in the high technology electronics industry or related area.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and an analytical mindset with the ability to troubleshoot complex product issues effectively.
  • Proficiency in ICT/FCT methodologies and tools, along with experience in product testing and quality assurance.
  • Familiarity with product lifecycle testing, validation processes, and New Product Introduction (NPI) practices.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with team members across different functions.
  • Relevant experience in the electronics or technology industry is an advantage, but a strong track record of skills is more critical than formal education.
