1. Delivery Operations

  • Deliver goods to customers according to the assigned schedule.
  • Plan delivery routes for efficiency and timely arrival.
  • Ensure items are delivered in good condition.
  • Obtain customer signatures or proof of delivery upon handover.

2. Vehicle Handling & Maintenance

  • Perform daily vehicle checks (fuel, tyre pressure, cleanliness).
  • Ensure the company vehicle is clean, well-maintained, and roadworthy.
  • Report any vehicle issues, damage, or required servicing to the supervisor.

3. Loading & Unloading

  • Assist with loading goods from the warehouse into the vehicle.
  • Ensure items are properly arranged and secured to avoid damage.
  • Unload goods safely at customer locations.

4. Document & Record Management

  • Handle Delivery Orders (DO), invoices, or delivery slips.
  • Return signed documents to the office after each trip.
  • Record mileage, fuel usage, and daily delivery logs if required.

5. Warehousing Support (When No Delivery)

  • Assist warehouse team with picking, packing, or stock handling.
  • Help in stock arrangement and general warehouse duties.

6. Safety & Compliance

  • Follow all traffic rules and drive safely at all times.
  • Comply with company SOPs for delivery and vehicle usage.
  • Ensure goods are handled safely to avoid injury or damage.

7. Additional Duties

  • Carry out any other tasks assigned by the supervisor or management.
  • Support team members whenever needed.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM1, RM2,150.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • STM/STPM (Required)

Experience:

  • delivery: 1 year (Preferred)

Language:

  • English (Preferred)
  • Bahasa Melayu (Preferred)

License/Certification:

  • Van driving licenses in Malaysia (Required)

Willingness to travel:

  • 100% (Required)
