Physiotherapy Manager – Job Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage daily operations of the physiotherapy department.
• Supervise, guide, and evaluate physiotherapists and support staff.
• Develop, implement, and review patient treatment plans to ensure high-quality care.
• Prepare staff duty rosters and ensure adequate manpower coverage.
• Maintain accurate patient records, documentation, and reports.
• Monitor treatment quality and ensure compliance with clinical standards and company policies.
• Coordinate with other healthcare departments for smooth patient management.
• Plan and manage inventory, equipment, and physiotherapy resources.
• Conduct staff training, performance reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure adherence to safety, regulatory, and professional healthcare standards.
• Handle patient enquiries, feedback, and service issues professionally.

Qualification Requirements

• Possess a Degree or Diploma in Physiotherapy from a recognised institution.
• Registered with relevant professional bodies (if applicable).
• Minimum 3–5 years of clinical experience, including supervisory or leadership experience (preferred).
• Strong clinical skills, leadership capabilities, and ability to manage a team effectively.
• Good communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills.
