We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team in the Business Process Management & System Projects function. The role offers an exciting opportunity to work on process improvement initiatives, digital transformation, and system implementation projects that drive efficiency and innovation across the organization.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES: 

• Consolidate and review business requirements, ensuring alignment between operations, IT, and business strategy.
• Drive the design, development, and deployment of MES solutions to enhance manufacturing efficiency, traceability, and data accuracy.
• Identify and address system gaps; lead continuous improvement and automation initiatives across functions.
• Develop automation solutions for repetitive tasks, reporting, and data visualization to improve team productivity.
• Support process improvement initiatives by identifying inefficiencies, pain points, and improvement opportunities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including IT, operations, and business users during project planning and execution.
• Support the implementation and testing of new systems, including gathering requirements, preparing user documentation, and conducting user training.
• Involve in VF system benchmarking.
• Champion best practices in system governance, process standardization, and digital transformation across the organization.
• Participate in change management and communication activities to support adoption of new processes and systems.

REQUIRED: 

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum 8–10 years of experience in MES, factory systems, or manufacturing process automation.

PREFERRED:

• Strong understanding of manufacturing operations, system integration, and data flow between MES, SAP, and other enterprise platforms.
• Proven track record in driving cross-functional digital or process improvement projects.
• Proficient in data analytics, visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau), and automation concepts.
• Experience leading or governing technical councils, forums, or steering committees is a strong advantage.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional, and global environment.

SKILLS:

• Excellent problem-solving, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
