Key Responsibilities

1. Site Support & Coordination

Assist Site Supervisor in managing day-to-day activities at the site.

Coordinate with technicians, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth workflow.

Monitor site progress and update the Site Supervisor on work status, issues, or delays.

2. Installation & Implementation Support

Support in the installation and maintenance of telecom infrastructures

Assist in conducting site surveys and preparation before start any work at site.

Ensure materials and tools are available and properly used at the site.

3. Quality & Documentation

Help inspect completed works to ensure they meet project specifications and standards.

Assist in preparing daily site progress reports, work photos, and checklists.

Record material usage, manpower attendance, and equipment movement.

4. Health, Safety & Environment (HSE)

Support enforcement of safety procedures and ensure all workers follow site safety rules.

Report unsafe practices or incidents to Site Supervisor immediately.

Participate in toolbox briefings and safety drills.

5. Communication & Reporting

Maintain clear communication between the site team and the Site Supervisor/Project Engineer.

Assist in client or consultant site visits and audits.

Support in handover documentation and testing activities when required

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma Or Certificate in Telecommunication Engineering or Any Related Field
  • At Least 1-2 Years of Experience in Telco Project. Fresh Graduates Are Encourage to Apply
  • Willing to travel and work at project sites when required
  • Strong sense of responsibility, time management and attention to detail.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Physically fit and able to handle materials safely.
