Job Summary:

This position is responsible for driving sales and revenue expansion by reviewing strategies and recommending sales promotions, schemes, and process enhancements. Key duties include providing monthly sales forecasts, preparing monthly reports with implications for management through intense analysis, and planning and managing business platform enhancements. The role requires strong leadership, project management skills, and the ability to develop presentations and lead meetings with relevant departments.

Job Descriptions:

  • Prepare monthly reporting materials in relation to business process & performance, thus providing implications to management through analysis.
  • Review current internal and external business strategies and recommend sales promotion, schemes and process enhancement to improve and expand company sales and revenue.
  • Provide specific business analysis, including discussion with the internal department PIC and the department managers, to aid in decision-making preparation.
  • Provide a monthly sales forecast based on the past trends and new strategies implemented.
  • Liaise with the relevant department for sales promotion and scheme development plans, and lead meetings with the relevant department.
  • Develop business presentations to management when required & create informative presentations, presenting and delivering information to project vendors.
  • Plan and manage the enhancement of the business platform.

Requirements:

  • Degree in business or related field.
  • Excellent understanding of business operations and procedures.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and planning skills.
  • Outstanding research and analytical abilities.
  • Project management skills.
  • Strong leadership skills.
  • Min. 5 years of experience in business administration, management consulting or strategic planning.
  • Preferably specialized in business management, project management and sales-related operations management
  • Intense analysis is required to produce a management report and identify issues.
  • Good command of both written and oral English.
  • Good communication skills on both internal (inter-department) and external (end-user).
  • Proposal preparation in offering possible solutions for bringing changes to business expansion.
