Receptionist/Front Desk at Shah Alam

Job Scope
- Greet and assist visitors, clients, and staff in a professional manner.
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence; direct them to the appropriate person/department.
- Maintain visitor logbook and issue visitor passes when necessary.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, courier, and deliveries.
- Provide general administrative support to the office, including filing, data entry, and document preparation.
- Assist in scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when required.
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or equivalent
- At least 1 of solid working experience as receptionist
- Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Pleasant personality with good interpersonal skills and attention to detail
- Able to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work independently with minimal supervision
- Professional appearance and customer service–oriented
Job Details
- Salary: up to RM2700
- Working Days/Hour : Mon–Fri pm)
- Location: Dataran PHB Shah Alam

- Employment Status: 6 months contract (subject to extension based on performance & approval)
