Job Summary:

Responsible for planning, executing, and overseeing construction projects from start to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, coordinate, and supervise all project activities and teams on-site.
  • Develop project schedules, budgets, and progress reports.
  • Manage resources, materials, and subcontractors efficiently.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and statutory requirements.
  • Monitor project progress, resolve technical and operational issues promptly.
  • Liaise with clients, consultants, and stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met.
  • Prepare and submit project documentation and reports.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Contract length: 12 months
