Core Responsibilities

1. System Operations and Support

  • Ensure the smooth, day-to-day operation of the Inflight Sales System (e.g., SoftPOS/Fasspos) across the entire fleet.
  • Serve as the primary technical point of contact (Tier-2 support) for cabin crew regarding system issues and usage.

2. Content, Data Integrity, and Performance

  • Oversee the deployment and accuracy of all digital content, including the inflight menu, product pricing, and sales promotions.
  • Monitor daily sales data integrity, manage inventory synchronization with catering/warehouse logistics, and ensure accurate revenue reporting.
  • Liaise with IT, commercial teams, and external vendors to test, implement, and upgrade system features.
  • Analyze post-flight data to track system uptime, transaction success rates, and identify areas for operational improvement.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (IT, Business, Supply Chain).
  • Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Proven experience with inventory management and data analysis tools.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills and a meticulous attention to detail.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with technical teams and operational crew.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract, Fresh graduate

Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM2, RM4,000.00 per month
