Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Kota Damansara for the Al Isra' Group Apprentice Programme at FWD Takaful. The role involves supporting program management activities, participating in training sessions to develop expertise, and providing excellent customer service to clients. The apprentice will also contribute to team projects and assist with communication tasks to ensure smooth operations within the group.

Qualifications

Engage potential clients through prospecting, networking, and lead generation to introduce Takaful products like family protection, medical, and investment plans.

Analyze clients' financial needs and provide personalized Shariah-compliant financial planning consultations.

​

Promote and provide Takaful solutions, explaining benefits, coverage, and compliance with Islamic principles to secure policies.

​

Deliver after-sales support, including policy reviews, claims assistance, and ongoing relationship building for renewals.

​

Ensure all activities adhere to regulatory standards, such as passing the Takaful Basic Examination (TBE) and maintaining ethical practices.

​

Participate in training programs, recruit and mentor junior agents, and pursue leadership paths like Associate manager roles.
