Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain native iOS applications using Swift and/or Objective-C.
  • Collaborate with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to deliver seamless banking features.
  • Integrate secure APIs and third-party services (e.g., biometric login, payment gateways).
  • Work with backend teams to consume services built on Oracle databases.
  • Ensure compliance with banking security standards and regulatory guidelines.
  • Conduct unit testing, performance tuning, and bug fixing.
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to sprint deliverables.
  • Document technical designs, user stories, and test cases.

Requirements:

  • 1–3 years of experience in iOS development.
  • Proficiency in Swift and familiarity with Objective-C.
  • Experience working on consumer banking or financial apps.
  • Familiarity with iOS frameworks: UIKit, Core Data, SwiftUI, Combine.
  • Understanding of secure data handling, encryption, and BNM/MAS compliance.
  • Experience integrating with backend services using Oracle databases (via REST APIs or other secure methods).
  • Exposure to RESTful APIs, JSON, and mobile security best practices.
  • Experience with Git, Xcode, and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Experience with biometric authentication (Face ID, Touch ID).
  • Knowledge of mobile payment integrations (FPX, DuitNow, Apple Pay).
  • Familiarity with performance testing tools and analytics SDKs.

Job Type: Contract

Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM7,000.00 per month
