Job Description :

  • Safely drive the director to and from appointments, meetings, and sites
  • Ensure the vehicle is clean, well-maintained and in excellent running condition
  • Plan and follow the most efficient routes for timely arrivals
  • Be available for travel outstation as required.
  • To perform Director's personal errands
  • Flexibility to work irregular hours, including weekends and holidays.
  • Based in KL, required to travel outstation when needed
  • Must be able to be contacted at any time during working hours, also present at all places punctually all the time during working hours and on stand-by time slot as designated.
  • Ensure personal safety and security of passengers and vehicle.
  • Maintain passenger confidence by keeping information strictly confidential.
  • Observe strictly the Company rules and regulation, policies and directives and instruction of the Company.
  • Any other ad-hoc assignments as when required.
  • Delivery and collect all relevant documents and arrangement such as go to banks and runner duties as and when required
  • To deliver / collect documents to / from the requested destination (if required).
  • Undertake special assignment, ad hoc functions and related duties assigned from HR Dept.
  • Willing to do other ad hoc assigned duties when required.
  • Able to navigate and use necessary tech application (Waze, Google Maps etc).
  • Assist other office tasks when director is not around (if required)

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a personal or executive's driver.
  • Valid drivers license with a clean driving record.
  • At least 3 years experience in related field with clean driving records and possess valid driving license is required for this position.
  • Punctual, patient and with positive attitude.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2, RM2,500.00 per month

Willingness to travel:

  • 75% (Preferred)
