Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in day-to-day financial operations such as Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) activities, including invoice processing, payment preparation, and reconciliation of vendor/customer accounts.
  • Help maintain and update financial records, ensuring accuracy and proper documentation.
  • Perform data entry for accounting transactions and support upkeep of accounting databases.
  • Assist in bank reconciliations, petty cash tracking, and documentation of financial transactions.
  • Prepare basic financial reports, summaries, or spreadsheets as requested by the finance team.
  • Support audit, compliance, or documentation work, gather required files and ensure proper filing of supporting documents.
  • Participate in ad-hoc finance or administrative tasks as assigned by the supervisor.

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related fields
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word; familiarity with accounting software (e.g., SQL, SAP, or QuickBooks) is an advantage
  • Strong attention to detail, organized, and able to handle confidential information responsibly
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills; able to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Eagerness to learn and a proactive attitude toward problem solving
