Data Analytics Lead

What You'll Do:
- Translate business questions into actionable analysis.
- Spot trends early and build predictive models (churn, LTV, demand).
- Detect potential fraud with risk & payments teams.
- Present insights clearly and challenge assumptions with data.
- Collaborate across teams to measure initiative impact and align on KPIs.
What We're Looking For:
- 4–6 years in data analytics or related field.
- Degree in Data Science, Statistics, or Computer Science.
- Strong SQL + Python or R.
- Experience with BI tools (Looker, GA).
- Track record linking data to business outcomes (growth, risk, efficiency).
- Strong communicator; leadership or mentoring experience a plus.
- Proactive, with background in fraud/risk analytics & growth analytics preferred.
- Experience in e-commerce, fintech, gaming, or digital businesses a bonus.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM6, RM7,000.00 per month
