Jr. Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Generate and issue invoices for logistics services, including freight, warehousing, and transport
• Reconcile delivery orders, shipment records, and billing statements
• Liaise with logistics coordinators to verify service completion and billing accuracy
• Maintain organized records of waybills, PODs (Proof of Delivery), and billing documentation
• Monitor accounts receivable and assist with payment follow-ups
• Resolve billing discrepancies related to logistics timelines or service variations
• Support internal audits and reporting for logistics-related billing activities

Qualifications Required:

• Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Logistics, or Business Administration
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in billing or logistics finance
• Familiarity with freight documentation, delivery schedules, and warehouse coordination
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and billing/accounting software
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Preferred:

• Experience with MASLOG systems or similar logistics billing platforms
• Knowledge of Incoterms, freight charges, and customs billing
• Bilingual communication skills (e.g., English/Malay) for cross-functional coordination

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2, RM2,500.00 per month
