About the role

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Assistant to join our dynamic team at qs gold' in Kuala Terengganu, Terengganu. In this full-time role, you will play a crucial part in providing exceptional customer service and driving sales performance for our leading retail brand.

What you'll be doing

1. Assisting customers with product inquiries and providing knowledgeable recommendations
2. Proactively engaging with customers to understand their needs and suggesting relevant products
3. Processing sales transactions accurately and efficiently
4. Ensuring the sales floor is well-organised and visually appealing to customers
5. Collaborating with the sales team to achieve store sales targets
6. Providing excellent customer service and creating a positive shopping experience
7. Maintaining stock levels and replenishing merchandise as needed
8. Assisting with other store operations as required

What we're looking for

1. Strong customer service orientation and the ability to provide a exceptional shopping experience
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with customers and colleagues
3. Enthusiasm, positivity and a willingness to learn and grow within the role
4. Attention to detail and the ability to work accurately under pressure
5. Retail or sales experience, preferably in the sales industry
6. Proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia and English
