Job Description

Responsibilities

  • To drive staff and guest (upon request) to the requested location / As informed
  • To assist in deliveries as requested and to stand by for any emergency errands
  • Reads and interprets maps and driving directions to plan the most efficient route services.
  • Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, safe working condition and maintenance of the vehicle at all times
  • Abide by all traffic regulations, laws and ordinances while driving
  • Reporting any tickets, accidents, and damage to management
  • Handling any other Ad-Hoc duties for the office given to you
  • Must be able to be contacted at any time, also present at all places punctually as may be stipulated or always directed during working hours, outstation and on stand-by time slot as designated
  • Perform routine inspection on company's vehicles (physical and basic checking). To liaise with workshop for repair and maintenance schedule and / or as request
  • Provides daily dispatch services, including transporting and delivering inter-office mails, legal documents, documents to banks and etc (as and when required)
  • To operate assigned vehicle in a safe and courteous manner

Requirements

· Proven experience as a Driver

· Use your own vehicle to transport goods or passengers to designated locations

· Possess valid driving license (B2, D) with good driving skills and clean track record

· Availability to travel from Jb to Sg (To & fro)

· Able to communicate in Bahasa Malaysia and English.

· Able to navigate and use necessary tech application (Waze, Google Maps etc)

· Familiar with roads within the Klang Valley and Selangor location.

· No criminal background

· Able to work overtime when required

· Always comply with road regulations

· Must be punctual to work

· Matured personality with responsibility

· Able to work nights and weekends

· A polite and professional disposition

· Ability to remain calm in stressful driving situations (e.g., at rush hour)
