Recruitment Consultant

The Recruitment Consultant is responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent for our clients. This role involves managing the end-to-end recruitment process, building relationships with candidates, and ensuring a seamless recruitment experience. The Recruitment Consultant will work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and deliver qualified candidates promptly.
Requirements:
- Diploma / Degree Holder
- Driven, and Sales Oriented.
- Ambitious, Mature and Self Motivated.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Recruitment (preferably from a Recruitment Agency)
- Able to work under pressure to achieve Sales Target
- Excellent spoken and written communication in English
- Able to work individually as well as a team player
Responsibilities:
- Utilize various channels (job boards, social media, networking, etc.) to source potential candidates.
- Conduct initial screening interviews to assess candidates' qualifications and cultural fit.
- Manage the recruitment database and keep accurate records of candidate interactions.
- Receiving and reviewing applications, managing interviews and tests and creating a shortlist of candidates for the client
- Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.
- Prepare candidates for interviews by providing detailed information on the company, role, and expectations.
- Collect feedback from both clients and candidates post-interview.
- Negotiate salary and benefits with candidates.
- Prepare and extend job offers.
- Ensure a smooth onboarding process for successful candidates.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2, RM3,500.00 per month
