You'll play a key role in supporting our financial operations and contributing to our brand's and community's growth. You'll assist in managing accounts, maintaining financial records, and ensuring our operations run smoothly and efficiently. Your ability to collaborate with our team and stakeholders will be essential as you help provide insights for informed decision-making.

About the Role

As a
Senior Finance Executive
, you'll be responsible for managing the day-to-day accounting functions of
Pickle Social Club and its related entities
, while providing strategic financial insights to support business decisions and expansion. You'll work closely with both internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure compliance, accuracy, and clarity across all finance functions.

This role is ideal for someone who's ready to step up and grow into a leadership finance role as our business scales.

What You'll Do

Financial Operations & Reporting

• Maintain and oversee
  accurate financial records
  in accordance with best practices and internal standards.
• Prepare and analyze
  monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
  .
• Support
  budgeting, forecasting
  , and tracking of business performance across locations.
• Manage
  accounts payable and receivable
  , ensuring timely and accurate transactions.

Compliance, Tax & Audit

• Ensure full compliance with
  statutory requirements
  , including SST, payroll tax, EPF/SOCSO, and other filings.
• Liaise with
  external auditors, tax agents, and company secretaries
  as needed.
• Assist in the preparation of materials and documentation for
  audits and due diligence
  .

Business Support & Systems

• Collaborate with other departments to support new business units, campaigns, or launches with financial projections and cost analysis.
• Implement or optimize
  financial systems, workflows, and SOPs
  for scale and clarity.
• Track KPIs and provide actionable insights to improve cost control and profitability.

Vendor & Procurement Support

• Work closely with operations and procurement to
  track expenses, verify vendor invoices
  , and ensure alignment with budgets.
• Assist in
  cost analysis
  for new vendor contracts and purchasing decisions

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Act as a
  finance liaison
  to marketing, ops, and BD teams- supporting campaigns, events, and launches with accurate budgeting.
• Help prepare financial decks or data for investor updates, internal reviews, and team meetings

What You Bring

• A Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum
  2–4 years of relevant experience
  , preferably in startup, retail, F&B, or hospitality sectors.
• Familiarity with tools like QuickBooks, Microsoft Office, Google Sheets, etc.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Understanding of
  Malaysian statutory regulations
  , tax requirements, and audit processes.
• Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and multitask effectively.
• Strong organizational skills and a proactive mindset.
• Eagerness to grow within a fast-paced, expanding brand environment.
