We are looking for an energetic and motivated Junior Marketing Crew member to support our marketing and event activities. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy meeting people, working in a fast-paced environment, and contributing to brand growth through on-ground promotions.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in planning, setting up, and executing marketing events and roadshows

Represent the brand professionally during promotional activities

Engage with customers to introduce products/services and answer basic inquiries

Support senior team members with daily marketing operations

Help manage event materials, stock, and logistics

Collect customer feedback and support simple reporting

Ensure booth/event space is neat, organised, and brand-consistent

Requirements

No experience required — training will be provided

Fresh graduates and school leavers are encouraged to apply

Good communication skills and positive attitude

Able to work in a team and adapt to fast-paced environments

Willing to learn, self-motivated, and proactive

Able to work flexible hours (including weekends when required)
