Job Description

Position 1: Customer Quality Service Engineer

  1. Handle customer quality issues, implement customer quality requirements.
  2. Lead customer audits, meetings, and quality reports.

Position 2: Quality Management Specialist

  1. Establish and manage the company's document control system (e.g., document confidentiality, creation, revision, obsolescence management).
  2. In-charge for document control or document management systems

Position 3: Quality Assurance Engineer (QE + QS)

  1. Quality Management System: Establish and maintain quality systems to fulfill customer requirements and hold international certifications (ISO 9001, IATF 16949, IECQ QC
  2. Supplier Quality Management: Supplier qualification, quality monitoring, handling nonconformities, regular audits, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  3. Manufacturing Quality Supervision: Implement and manage Statistical Process Control (SPC), monitor production environment, conduct process audits, maintain Measurement System Analysis (MSA), and manage engineering changes.
  4. Quality-related certifications or training certificates are a plus (e.g., MSA, SPC, FMEA, Audit, 8D, QC Story)

Job Requirements

The above positions require proficiency in Mandarin, English. Mandarin proficiency is highly preferred, as the position involves frequent coordination and reporting to the Taiwan headquarters and Mandarin-speaking clients.
