Job Opportunity: Digital Sales Assistant
Location: Summerton, Bayan Lepas, Penang (Near Queensbay Mall)
We are looking for a motivated and dynamic Digital Sales Assistant to join our growing team. You will be responsible for engaging with prospects through online platforms, handling customer inquiries, and driving sales conversions. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and has a passion for closing deals through digital channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and engage with leads through WhatsApp and other online platforms.
- Convert prospects into customers through effective communication and follow-ups.
- Provide accurate product information and deliver excellent customer service.
- Respond to inquiries promptly and professionally to maximize sales opportunities.
- Handle payment confirmation and ensure a smooth sales process.
- Share feedback and customer insights with the team to improve sales strategies.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or related field (preferred).
- Minimum 2 years of proven experience in Digital Sales.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Confident in handling customer objections and skilled in sales closing techniques.
- Proactive, target-driven, and able to work independently.
- Must be proactive in responding to customer inquiries promptly, even during weekends when necessary.
