RESPONSIBILITY:

1.1   Sales

Support the Sales & Marketing Manager in achieving sales KPIs and business objectives.

Identify and develop new business opportunities through calls, visits, and networking.

Build and maintain strong and positive relationships with customers.

Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales presentations.

Handle customer enquiries, feedback, and after-sales support.

Monitor competitor activities and market trends.

1.2   Marketing

Campaign & Content

Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns to support brand awareness and lead generation.

Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely delivery of marketing materials and assets.

Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns (online & offline).

Create promotional materials, event collaterals, and marketing content.

Support branding activities and ensure consistent brand messaging.

Write and proofread creative copies in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Chinese (Bahasa Cina).

Social Media & Branding

Develop creative and engaging content for social media platforms.

Manage social media content, postings, and engagement.

Implement social media strategies to grow followers and increase engagement.

Stay updated on content trends and recommend new ideas.

Market Research

Conduct basic market research and provide insights to support marketing strategies.

Provide insights and recommend improvements for content and campaign strategies.

1.3 To undertake any and all other duties and responsibilities as instructed by the superior.

QUALIFICATION:

2.1 Minimum diploma in marketing, Mass Communication or other relevant field.

EXPERIENCE/SKILL REQUIRED:

3.1 At least 2 years' experience in marketing, content creation, or related roles (fresh graduates with strong portfolios encouraged).

3.2 Proficient in social media platforms, content creation tools, and basic graphic design.

3.3 Strong sense of ownership, responsibility, and initiative.

3.4 Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

3.5 Ability to work independently with minimum supervision.

3.6 Good analytical and problem-solving skills.

3.7 Proficient in Microsoft Office and social media platforms.

3.8 Experience in sales/marketing is an added advantage.

3.9 Excellent command of English, Bahasa Malaysia and Chinese (Bahasa Cina).

3.10 Able to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.

ADDITIONAL SKILLS

4.1 Graphic design basics (Canva, Photoshop).

4.2 Knowledge of digital ads (Facebook Ads, Google Ads).
