JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Win Potential Customers: Initiate call conversations with potential customers, emphasizing Postpaid upgrade campaigns, and persuading them to upgrade their plans.
  • Smart Probing: Engage with customers effectively, employing smart probing techniques to understand their pain points and needs, ultimately leading to successful sales closures.
  • Customer-Centric Approach: Actively listen to customers, empathize with their concerns, and offer appropriate solutions based on available offers and products.
  • Stay Informed: Keep up-to-date with the latest technologies, products, and offerings to provide accurate and relevant information to customers.
  • End-to-End Closure: Ensure complete resolution of customers' requests, handling all aspects of their inquiries, and escalating complex issues to supervisors when necessary.
  • System Testing: Regularly test the systems and hardware used in telesales operations, providing feedback on their usability and efficiency.
  • Feedback Mechanism: Offer constructive feedback on training materials and any other related materials used in the telesales process, including accessibility considerations like Braille printouts.
  • Innovative Ideas: Proactively propose innovative ideas and strategies to achieve the goals set for the telesales focus group.
  • Voice of Customers: Gather and relay the Voice of Customers (VOC) to the project team, highlighting customer feedback, preferences, and suggestions for improvement.

BASIC REQUIREMENTS

  • Must possess at least a SPM in any relevant field with at least 1 year working experience in Customer Service.
  • Strong communication and writing skills: Language proficiency in both English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Strong ability to engage and communicate effectively with customers.
  • Customer Service Skills: A solid foundation in providing excellent customer care.
  • Experience in Telesales/Telemarketing is a must, preferably with Telco, Unifi, Astro Fibre, TM, or any other industries.
  • Digital Literacy: Basic knowledge of digital tools and platforms (App, WhatsApp, ChatBOT platforms, etc.)
