About the role
As a Project Coordinator at ID Channel Sdn Bhd, you will play a crucial role in supporting the seamless execution of interior design projects. Based in Subang Jaya, Selangor, this full-time position will involve coordinating all aspects of project delivery, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
What you'll be doing
- Liaise closely with clients, designers, and contractors to manage project timelines, milestones, and deliverables
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, site visits, and project team activities
- Monitor project progress and identify and resolve any issues or challenges that arise
- Maintain detailed project documentation, including budgets, contracts, and progress reports
- Assist with procurement and vendor management to ensure timely delivery of materials and services
- Provide administrative support, such as preparing presentations and generating reports
- Collaborate with the design team to ensure projects align with client requirements and expectations
What we're looking for
- Proven experience as a Project Coordinator or in a similar role within the interior design or construction industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with clients, designers, and contractors
- Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
- Proficient in using project management software and MS Office suite
- A keen eye for detail and a problem-solving mindset
- A collaborative and team-oriented approach
